Khalil, Mikhail ("Mike") Faris, devoted father of Danny and Nico, loving husband of Shelly, devoted son of Dolores and the late Faris Khalil, brother of James (and wife Suzie), beloved godson of Angiti (and the late Terry) Kevitt, and son-in-law of Pat Gomez, died unexpectedly on February 14, 2014, at the age of 46. Mike was blessed with a large extended family of loving aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins as well as countless lifelong friends. Mike was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and had recently relocated to Grove City, Ohio at the time of his death. He was a graduate of Catholic Central where he was a member of the wrestling team and then graduated The Ohio State University where he majored in business and became a Fiji (a graduate brother member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity). Funeral Mass Friday 10:00 am at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 9000 Laurence, Allen Park. Instate at 9:30 am.
