Oscar Daniel Reiners, age 59, passed peacefully at his home on October 18, 2023, after a brief battle with a very rare, but aggressive form of tissue cancer called 'Undifferentiated Pleomorphic Sarcoma (UPS). Oscar was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to the late Elvira and Enrique Reiners. He was devoted husband of Karin, loving brother of Susana (George), Luis (Rosana) and Robert (Donna). Dearest uncle of Alex, Nick, John, Amie, Bobby and Allyse. Great uncle to 13 grand nieces and nephews, and loving puppy dad to his 2yr old German Shepard, Greta.

Oscar brought joy, laughter and music to all his family and friends. Music was his life long passion. He dreamed and lived music. Oscar was an amazing musician, who played in several bands over the years including EXPORT with his two brothers and close friends, Oscar and Renee Sosa. He loved to hunt and fish with his father, brothers, and nephews all over Michigan. Oscar also loved to make his Argentinian Asado (bbq) on his traditional Argentinean wood burning grille.

Arrangements for private family cremation entrusted to the Taylor Location of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services.  A Celebration of Life for family and friends to remember Oscar will be scheduled at future date.
