Patricia A. Oatman passed away peacefully in the loving care of her son, Donald, daughter-in-law, Janna, and grandson, Michael. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, Sr., her father, Arthur Campbell, her mother, Nellie Shirley, and her 5 brothers and 5 sisters.

Patricia was a devout Catholic and was a longtime member and volunteer at the former St. Sebastian (now St. Maria Goretti) Church in Dearborn Heights. She enjoyed travelling and loved to go hunting and fishing. She was a great cook and loved to eat good food with a million dollar smile and always had room for pie, apple with chocolate ice cream.

Patricia was also a die hard hockey fan, especially the Detroit Red Wings. She was able to enjoy a game at home just two days before she passed. The Wings won that night, topping the Canadiens 4-2.

A visitation will be held at the Dearborn location of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services on Thursday, January 30, 4-8pm. A Rosary will be said at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church on Friday, January 31, at 10am. Gathering at the church begins at 9:30am.

Interment to follow at Our Lady of Hope, Brownstown.
