PAUL JAMES LESNER, Born September 24th 1945 to Joseph & Maude Lesner. Paul leaves his loving, devoted wife Paula, his son Sean (Bridgette), grandson Dylan (Amanda),3 step children, 2 step grandchildren,1 great grandson. His only brother and dear friend John (Lorraine), sister Sara (Burl) Redmill and many nieces and nephews..

Paul grew up in Grosse Ile and was convinced to join the Navy in 1963. He served on the USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT until being honorably discharged in 1966. He was a millwright and a pipefitter, eventually retiring from Monsanto. Everyone knows Paul loved boating, hunting and fishing, but he also loved to cook, flowers, soft things, walking in the park and of recent years, golf and bowling with Paula and his father in law Earl. Paul was loved my many and will be missed by all. ..........

Visitation Friday 2-8pm at J.L. Peters Funeral Home, 3880 Fort Street, Lincoln Park. In state Saturday 11am at the  First Congregational Church, 29885 Bayview Drive, Gibraltar, with services at 12PM.
