Peter I. Nolan passed away on February 13, 2022 at the age of 87. Beloved Husband of the late Claudene. Loving Father of Lynn Nolan (Jerry), Trish (Dave) Ryan, Sandra (Matt) Heywood, and the late Timothy Nolan. Cherished Grandfather of Colleen (Colby) Ryan, Michael Ryan, Allison Sawicki, and Sarah Heywood. Dear Brother of George Nolan, Mary Jo Behr, Patrick Nolan, Lillian Rumpz, and the late Terry Nolan. Loving Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Peter loved boating, his favorite thing was spending time on the lake at his cottage up north. He was an avid Michigan fan. Peter liked to travel Michigan and see all the beautiful cities. He was always proud of his Irish heritage. In his youth, he was a professional singer. Peter loved a good debate, he would debate with anyone at anytime. Most importantly, Peter loved his family. He will be deeply missed.

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 18, 2022 at 2:00pm and the in-state will begin at 1:30pm at St. Kateri Catholic Church 16101 Rotunda Dr, Dearborn, MI 48120. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 2:00-8:00pm located at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home Dearborn Chapel 22546 Michigan Ave. Dearborn, MI 48124. Peter will be interred at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield, MI.
