Phillip V. Frank's Obituary
Preceded in death by his brother, Roger Holton. Survived by his loving wife, Linda, parents, Dennis and Mary Frank, brother Brian Holton, two sisters, Linda (Ron) Hintz, and Denise (Phil) Strube. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles also survive. Visitation Monday 2-9pm, Tuesday 9-11am, with Memorial Service Tuesday 11am at J.L. Peters Funeral Home, 3880 Fort, Lincoln Park, (313-928-6500).
