Pratt, R. Earl Jr. Born August 6, 1929 in Pueblo, Colorado, died September 29, 2009 in Wayne, Michigan. A Korean war veteran and graduate of University of Colorado. Retired as a Systems Analyst/Purchasing Agent from GM/EDS in 1991. Long time Taylor resident and active member of Southmister Presbyterian Church. Earl was the cook for Southminster's senior luncheon for years and loved food and cooking it. Preceded in death by living wife of 53 years, Susan and sister, Ruth Ewing. Loving father of Wendy, Tina Joe Moody, Becky Park and Richard Stephanie Pratt. Loving grandfather of Lena Pratt, Nicole and Michael Moody and Erin Park. Beloved brother of Elizabeth Potter. Memorial Service Saturday, October 3, 2009, at 10:00am at Southminster Presbyterian Church, 21845 Wick Road, Taylor. In lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations to Southminster's Scholarship Fund.
