Raelene
Brumbaugh
July 14, 1964 – December 31, 2025
Raelene Brumbaugh, born on July 14th, 1964, in Highland Park, Michigan, passed unexpectedly on December 31st, 2025, in Dearborn, Michigan.
Raelene was a loving wife, mother, and family member whose quiet nature gave way to warmth, humor, and deep care when she was surrounded by those she loved most. She was married to her devoted husband, Ron, for nearly 25 years, celebrating their anniversary each March. Through their marriage, Raelene not only built a life with Ron but also gave him the gift of a large, loving family, welcoming everyone with incredible acceptance and grace.
She was a proud and devoted mother to her two children, Kelly and Jason, and cherished her large extended family, with whom she shared many memories—especially during holidays, which she truly loved. Family meant everything to Raelene, and at one point having loved ones living right across the street made those bonds even stronger.
Raelene was raised Pentecostal and held a strong, personal faith, believing that Jesus Christ was always around her and that her connection to Him did not require being inside a church. Her faith was quiet, personal, and deeply meaningful.
She had a special love for animals and enjoyed breeding as a hobby. She adored her dogs—two German Shepherds, Max and Kaylee, and her Schnauzer-Yorkie mix, Maddy—who brought her comfort and joy. Raelene also loved cooking and was always excited to try new recipes for her family.
One of her favorite traditions was taking family trips to Frankenmuth for the yearly festivals, never missing a chicken dinner at Zehnder's. When the family returned without her, it was clear how much she had been the heart of those trips—without Raelene, it simply did not feel the same.
Raelene also found joy in watching the Hallmark Channel, recording and rewatching her favorite movies and shows; she even convinced Ron to join her at times. Though she was often reserved, her true self shone brightly around family, where she felt most at home.
Raelene will be deeply missed by her husband Ron, her children Kelly and Jason, her extended family, and all who were fortunate enough to be welcomed into her life. Her love, kindness, and the special way she made everyday moments meaningful will never be forgotten.
