Randy Jensen, 81, of Dearborn Michigan, passed from this life into eternal life on March 19, 2022. Beloved son of the late Ingeman and Frances. Loving brother of Philip (Judy). Beloved uncle of Arthur (Elaine), Ellen Ludlam (Doug), David (Kelly), Julie Day (Jason), the late Clifford and James (the late Paula). Also survived by many grand nieces and nephews.

Randy attended Mackenzie High School in Detroit, and played the clarinet in the marching band at Alma College.

Randy was a beloved Uncle and Great Uncle who loved spending time with his family. He was known to many outside of his family as Uncle Randy, a social butterfly who made countless friends throughout  his journey in this life.

Randy knew the Lord and Savior and was at peace when he passed away. He was a long time member and faithful steward at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Dearborn, where he especially loved singing in the choir, and assisting with spaghetti dinners.

Randy spent his working career at Shaw & Slavsky in Detroit, maintaining his friendships by visiting regularly post retirement.

Randy had a gentle and trusting spirit, was an avid recycler. and involved in many community projects.

He leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love, family and friends who adored him.

Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 26th at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 1570 Mason St, Dearborn, MI 48124.  Visitation will be Fri 3-8 p.m. at the Dearborn Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave. Dearborn, 48124. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd United Methodist Church.
