Richard G. Dike, age 88, passed away December 29, 2023.

Beloved husband of the late Ruby and Joan.
Proud father of Terry (Adrienne) and Jerri (Steven) Kish.
Caring grandfather of Brandi (Stephen) Rutha.
Born the only son of the late Ralph and Bernice.

Richard lived a multifaceted and vibrant life. He served honorably in the Army during the Korean war. He went on to make his career at General Motors from where he retired.

In his spare time, Richard had many hobbies that occupied him. He was a natural born handyman using his skills on renovations and remodeling. He could often be found in his garage, his happy place, working on cars and motorcycles. Tinkering was his specialty!

Richard also enjoyed playing bingo and card games like pitch and pinochle. If he needed to get away for a bit, he'd pick up and go on road trips for pleasure's sake that would take him anywhere and everywhere!

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 3 from 4-8PM. Funeral celebration Thursday, January 4 at 11AM. All services will be located at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 Telegraph Rd, Taylor MI 48180. Interment at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery.
