Richard A. Engle, 89, of Sterling Heights passed away on April 3rd, 2019.

Beloved husband of Angie for 52 wonderful years.
Proud father of Richard (Linda) Engle, Thelma Burress (late Keith), Frederick Bricker, and the late Cheryl Moroni.
Dear grandfather of Dawn Sautter, Joey Moroni, Kevin Engle, Karlee Engle, and the late Matthew Moroni.
Cherished great-grandfather of Kayden and Mark.
Treasured brother of the late Elsie Green, Martha Cramer, Mary Hines, and James Engle.

Richard was a man of many interests. He worked as a carpenter from the time he was 12 years old and was a master of the projects he was able to create. He grew beautiful flowers and tasty fruits in his garden. Ever the handy man he enjoyed tinkering with cars. In his free time he liked to hunt deer and go fishing on his pontoon boat. He relaxed by working on puzzles and watching golf on TV. He will be missed so dearly by those who'd lives he touched.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 6th from 1-9PM with a prayer service at 7PM at the Taylor Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 Telegraph. Memorials in Richard's honor may be made out to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
