GARRETT, Richard Arthur September 23, 2013, age 88 Survived by wife Virginia. Children John (Sue), Charles (Sheila), Catherine (Patrick) McGinn and Janet (Alan) Koncz. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Graduate of the University of Michigan. One time member of the Scarab Club. Member of Jefferson Ave. Presbyterian Church. Memorial Service Friday, October 4th, 11:00 am at the Jefferson Ave. Presbyterian Church, 8625 E. Jefferson Ave., Detroit. Memorials to Jefferson Ave. Presbyterian Church, 8625 E. Jefferson Ave., Detroit, MI 48214-2799. Arrangements by the Dearborn Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home (313) 561-1500.
