Rita Lavon Cook at the age of 67 passed Sunday May 23, 2021. Rita was born on April 9, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan.  She was the Beloved daughter of Lucille and the Late Edwin Cook. She was the Loving Sister of Eddie Cook, Carlyn(Al)Young, Jannie(Arnell)Smith, Sharon Cook, Lapellya(Buck)Jones, Mary(Rob)Johnson,Joseph Cook and the Late Bennie Cook and Dorothy Cook.  Rita was also the Loved Aunt of 70 Nieces and Nephews.  Rita was also Blessed to be Loved and cared for by Kristina and her Staff at The Marquette House.

Visitation will be Wednesday May 26th from 11-1 with Services at 1pm at the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home Taylor Chapel. Burial will be at 3pm at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Livonia.
