Robert "Bob" James Kubicki Sr. entered into rest on May 24, 2019 at the age of 58.

Bob was born to Gary and Irene Kubicki on May 4, 1961 in Michigan and remained a Michigan resident for the duration of his life.

In his younger years Bob enjoyed boating and riding mini bikes with his parents and siblings.

Bob met Laura when they were in their 20's and had five kids between them.  He enjoyed spending time outdoors with his children and grandchildren.  He loved spending summers up north with his family.

Anyone that knew Bob knew if he was inside they could find him in the rocking chair.  He was also a very skilled Carpenter who had an eye for making ordinary things extraordinary beautiful.

Bob was preceded in death by his mother Irene, father Gary, and sister Sandy.

Survived by his children Mark, Jeremiah, Jessica, R.J. and Jennifer. Life companion Lauren, seven grandchildren, Jeremiah II, Brooklyn, Jacob, Jocelynn, Olivia, Trevor, and Adalynn, and his younger brother Randy.

A memorial gathering in Robert's honor will be held Tuesday, June 18th from 11AM - 7PM with a memorial service at 6:30PM. All services located at the Taylor Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 Telegraph.
