Surrounded by his family, Robert William Winter, Sr. passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on October 10, 2020 at the age of 73.

Beloved father of Kimberly (Patrick) Dorton and Robert Jr.

Loving grandfather of Kiara (Nate) Isom, Koren, Krista, and Bailey.

Proud great grandfather of Lorelai.

Robert was an Army veteran who served his country during the Vietnam war. He retired after 32 years from Ford Motor Company. Robert was a good man with a kind soul, there wasn't a person he met that he didn't befriend. He left a treasure of funny stories for his family and friends to live with.

Family will have a private celebration of life to honor Robert.
