Survived by his wife Joann Wooten and stepchildren Breanne and Brendan; his Parents Patricia and Robert Wooten. His sister Amy and brother in law Alan; his sister Christie and brother in law Tony; his nephews Brian, Justin, and Jaxin. His nieces Marissa and Kayla and great niece Kaleesia; his Aunts and Uncles and many cousins including Terry, Lisa, Sherry, Dave, Dawn, Ryan, Jerry, Amanda, Tom, James, Donnie and Micheal.
Robert grew up in Dearborn Heights Michigan and graduated from Annapolis High School. After graduating he left for the Army and served 15 years in the Infantry and National Guard. He worked overseas in Logistics for 5 years as a contractor.
He enjoyed family time the most. He hosted many unforgettable parties at his house and also loved the holidays. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing pool and corn hole with his friends. Robert loved baseball and played for many years. He loved country music and liked to play poker.
He was a mans man and a people person. He could talk to a perfect stranger like an old friend. He was a giving kind hearted man that enjoyed helping others.
Robert had a personality that was bigger than life. He always lit up a room. If you knew Robert than you have a memory to hold close to your heart. Robert was strong, Independent and patriotic. He loved his country and would fight and die to protect it and his fellow Americans.
Robert found the love of his life Joann that filled a void in his heart that was long overdue. He opened his heart to his step children Breanne and Brendan. Robert did enjoy sharing his wisdom and giving advice to his family, step children and nephews and nieces.
Robert was very smart and was always planning ahead for a better future not just for himself but his family also. He was very funny and always knew how to make you laugh. He was a strong influence in many peoples lives.
Roberts jobs included owning his own moving business, real estate, and bartending. He also coached little league baseball. He lived a great life and traveled a lot. Robert is unforgettable will be deeply missed by anyone who knew him. He will live on through his wife Joann and his many family members and friends.
