Robin Lynn Takacs, age 48, of Dearborn Heights, Michigan passed away on October 31, 2023.  Preceded in death by her grandparents, aunts, and uncles.   Survived by her loving family: father Edward Louis Takacs, stepfather Jeffery Robert Hoehner and mother Yvonne Irene Hoehner, loving brother John Louis Takacs with sons Chanse Louis Takacs and Maxwell Braden Takacs along with all her loving aunts, uncles and cousins.    Robin was a member of the ARC Downriver.  As a member, she won gold, silver and bronze medals in the Special Olympics.  She loved bowling, dancing, dressing up for Halloween, casino trips with her father in the Upper Peninsula and watching football with her stepfather. She also loved making art with her mother while also watching The Golden Girls (which she was their #1 fan!).   We will always feel her loving presence and light whenever we think of her.

Visitation is Saturday, November 4th from 1:00 p.m. until services at 7:00 p.m. at J.L. Peters Funeral Home, Inc. 3880 Fort St., Lincoln Park. 313-928-6500 .
