DEIHL, Ronald  Age 70 of Westland

Ronald Alexander Deihl (b. 8/26/1951, d. 10/24/2021) passed from earthly life after an enduring battle with lung disease. Ron was blessed with a beautiful voice that he employed in numerous theatrical performances. The theater was a true love of Ron's life, and his roles included Conrad Birdie in Bye, Bye Birdie, Rooster in Annie, Jonathan in Count Dracula, and Luther in South Pacific. Ron also produced and directed numerous shows, running a dinner theater at the Allen Park Motor Lodge for several years.

Ron was preceded in death by his mother Janie Evanda (nee Wood) Darragh, his father Brooks Deihl, and stepfather Bernard Darragh. He is survived by his sister Linda (Nick) D'Mitruchina, and brothers Daniel (Linda) Deihl and Scott (Kendel) Darragh. He was a devoted uncle and is survived by six nieces, one nephew, and several great nieces and nephews.
