Gipner, Roseann age 49 of Southgate died September 17, 2011. . Beloved daughter of Bernice and the late Richard Kuhlman. Preceded in death by her brothers Stephen and Robert. Roseann leaves behind her loving children Gordon, James and Sarah; her sister Diane Zabroski and niece Abby; Half sister Evelyn Smith. And her boyfriend and caretaker, Andrew Snider, whom never left her bedside to the very end. Her uncle Joseph Zabrowski, many nieces, cousins and dear friends also survive.
