Obituary

Born on May 9th, 1930 in Fairpoint, Ohio, to John Joseph and Nelly Kathryn Baron (Biernot), Rosemarie lived a life rooted in love, faith and generosity. She passed peacefully into eternal life at her home in Dearborn, Michigan. A lifelong homemaker, gardener, and baker, she found great joy in nurturing flowers, food from the earth, and family. Her hands were often busy in the soil, in the kitchen, and at the sewing machine. She enjoyed teaching her grandchildren how to play cards and board games and was always eager to hold and cuddle her great-grandchildren. Her yard was a sanctuary of blooms and bounty, a living testament to her care and dedication.

She was a gifted seamstress, cook, and baker, with a talent that was as practical as it was artistic. From handmade baptismal gowns to costumes and custom dresses stitched with love for family members, her sewing was more than a skill—it was one of the many ways she showed her love. Her delicious homemade cooking and baking brought warmth and delight to generations.

Rosemarie had a deep affection for animals, especially dogs, who always found a soft spot by her side and in her heart. Her love and compassion extended to every living being, but it was her family who felt the depth of it most profoundly. She was the heart of her home—always ready with a kind word, a warm baked treat, or a gentle smile. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the greatest joys of her life, and she never missed a chance to celebrate their accomplishments or lift their spirits.

Her legacy is one of love, patience, generosity, and strength. She will be remembered for the beauty she created, both in her garden and in the lives of those she touched.

Rosemarie is preceded in death by her loving husband Jack of 33 wonderful years. Loving mother of the late Diane Burton, Janet (John) Pruzzo, and David (Joyce) Timm. Caring grandmother of Brian (Marissa) Burton, Stephanie (Connor) Speer, Kara (Peter) Feldpausch, Shannon (Nick) Koch, Steven (Erin) Timm, Jack Timm, and Anna Timm. Beloved great grandmother of Eli, Stella, Nora, William, Anna, John, Samuel, James, Ella, and Matthew. Dear sister of Michael Baron, the late John Baron, and the late Robert Baron. She is also survived by many extended loving family members and countless others who were blessed to know her.

Her hands may be still, but her love will forever grow in the gardens and hearts she leaves behind.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the American Diabetes Association and the National Kidney foundation of Michigan.
