Roxie Ann Lowe's Obituary
Roxie Lowe passed away on November 26, 2020 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of Brian Lowe for 47 years. Loving mother of Philip (Lisa) Stranahan, Gibson E. (Susan) Stranahan and Catherine (Kent) Pickett. Proud grandmother of Lindsay (Levi) Buck, Carlee Stranahan, Delaney Pickett and Hudson Pickett. Roxie was preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Elizabeth Fisher and her sister Sandra Ridgway. She also leaves behind her nephews Ron, Kevin, Scott and niece Beth. A memorial service at Cherry Hill Presbyterian will be planned for a later date. Updates will be posted when the date is confirmed.
