Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Anthony and son Gerald Kosakowski. Survived by three daughters, Janet Kosakowski, Linda (Henry) Giera, Carol (Gary) Kalmar,grandchildren Steven (Gretchen) Moore, Jason (Beth) Moore, Dana Kalmar and fiance Paul Elbe. Also surviving are five great-grandchildren, Ashleigh Bockman, Joshua Moore, Rachael Sobee, Bradley Sobee and Nathan Bockman.
