Steven A. Miller, of Dearborn Heights, passed away suddenly on July 31, 2023 at the age of 71. Dearest brother of Jacqueline (Larry) Theisz and Michael (Pam) Miller. Proud uncle of David, Yvonne, and Cory. Great uncle of Mischa and Ari.

Steve served as a teacher at St Michaels School in Livonia and in Lincoln Park. He was also a passionate basketball coach, coaching both boys and girls basketball at Annapolis High School. He continued to play basketball in recreational leagues into his seventies up to four times a week. He was also an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

Visitation at the Dearborn location of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home on Thursday, August 3rd, 2-8pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 5th, at the chapel in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in his hometown of Columbus, Ohio. Service will begin at 1pm followed by interment.
