Susan K. Hoadley was born on August 31, 1950 as Susan Elizabeth Kritzler in Brooklyn, New York, to Joan and Herbert Kritzler. She lived in Crestville, NJ, and then moved to Ridgewood, NJ.  After graduating High School, she commuted into New York City, with her dad, and worked as a teller at Chase Bank.  She moved to Ithaca, NY to attend Ithaca College where she received her Bachelors of Science in Physical Education in 1972.  She worked as a teacher in Senilack Lake, NY, between 1973-74, returning to Ithaca College, to study for her Masters Degree in Physical Education, receiving her degree in 1976. She was hired at Cornell University as the first Woman's trainer in the Physical Ed department where she was responsible for setting up the whole department for woman's sports but was still responsible to work with the men in their respective sports. In 1981, Sue resigned from Cornell and moved to Dearborn, Michigan where Sue and Tim planned their wedding to take place on November 20th, 1982. Sue was hired to work as a Trainer in several area schools and work in Training and Rehab facilities as well as for a modality physical health store.  Sue also worked for our company business with securities trading.

Sue was a member of Ward Presbyterian Church and was involved with various church activities, as she was able.

Sue enjoyed stamp collecting, gardening, sailing on our boat, stock trading, gourmet cooking, ocean cruising and scuba diving. She also enjoyed reading and studying her bible daily.

Sue loved people, cared for them and prayed for them daily.

Sue loved spaghetti meals, macaroni and cheese and filet mignon with Bernese sauce.

Sue passed on to be with the Lord, Saturday, January 21, 2017. She was 66.
