Tillman, Sylvia Ellen (McNabb), age 52 of Dearborn died October 18, 2015. Sylvia was a lifelong Dearborn resident, active in many facets of her Ford Historic Homes district as well as the city of Dearborn. A lover of nature, camping and the outdoors, Sylvia also enjoyed quilting, motorcycling, music and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her beloved husband Dave Tillman, her sisters Barbara Prince and Marthe Campa and their spouses, nieces, nephews and their families, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. Sylvia was a bright star that burned for too short a time. Gathering time for friends will be at 2:00 followed by a memorial service at 3:00 on Saturday, October 24 at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Michigan Historic Preservation Network.
