OELKERS. Theodore F. April 17, 2009, age 91 He was born April 5, 1918 in Detroit, but spent most of his life in Dearborn. He served his country in the Army for five years as an Artillery officer and left the Army as a First Lieutenant. His work was in retail sales at Daly Brothers Furniture in Dearborn and then at Jacobson's from which he retired. He was also a member of the Dearborn Kiwanis Club. Beloved husband of Jean. Dear father of Robert Rhonda. Brother of the late Henry Oelkers and Edna Billmeyer. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
