Tom is survived by his mother Delores Cloutier, his beloved wife Jackie Cloutier, children: Thomas Cloutier Jr., Timothy Cloutier, Step children: Anthony Schultz, Dennis Schultz, and Amanda Rohde. Also survived by grandchildren; Haliey, Parker, Tyler, Caidence, Aidan, and Delilah, Brothers: Bob, Dennis, and Chuck Cloutier. and many neices and nephews.
