Entered into rest on October 4, 2019.  Age 98.  Beloved husband of Joyce for 68 years.  Loving father of Garry (Linda), Bill (the late Marcy) and Jim (Pam).  Dearest grandfather of Andy (Jessica), Katie, Erin, Ashley, Chad, Trevor, Ben and Alyssa and great-grandfather of Nora and Olin. Brother of Harold (Victoria). Thomas proudly served in the United States Navy during WWII,  later received his Medical degree from Illinois College of Podiatry in 1949.  In 1951 he married the love of his life, Joyce.  Thomas was a longtime Podiatrist here in Dearborn.  He was a member of the Dearborn Chamber of Commerce,  member of the Olive Branch Masonic lodge, Dearborn Players Guild,  Dearborn Optimist Club, Alumni from the Henry Ford Trade School, A lifelong Detroit Tigers fan and a sports commentator at the Henry Ford Village.  Funeral service will be Monday 11:00 a.m. at the Henry Ford Village Chapel, 15101 Ford Rd, Dearborn, MI. 48126, visitation from 10:30 a.m.  Interment Northview Cemetery, Dearborn. No prior visitation at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church, 24110 Cherry Hill St., Dearborn Mi. 48124 or the Salvation Army.
