Thomas J. Santocke of Dearborn, MI passed away on his 78th birthday December 21, 2019. He is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Mary Ellen (nee Ruddy). Tom also leaves behind his many loving in-laws. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley Sr. and Constance, brother Stanley Jr., and sister Bernice Beck.
Tom graduated from St. Alphonsus High School in Dearborn and worked for 51 years at United Parcel Service as a Feeder Driver. He drove over 5 million miles in his career. He logged 45 years of safe driving without incident. He enjoyed riding bicycles with his wife, riding his motorcycles, reading, visiting family and special friends.
Tom was a very devout Polish Catholic and loved to pray and attend Mass. He belonged to St. Alphonsus parish as well as St. Joseph in Detroit.
Tom was affectionately known as Mr. Maintenance in regards to working on his cars, Hondas, and his UPS equipment. He loved his career as a UPS driver.
Now he is going for his final ride from time to ETERNITY.
Visitation Thursday 1-8pm at Howe-Peterson Dearborn Chapel, 22546 Michigan Avenue. Rosary at 7pm. Instate 10:00am until time of Mass at 11:00am at St. Alphonsus-St. Clement Catholic Church, 13540 Gould St, Dearborn, MI 48126. Interment at St. Hedwig Cemetery
