Obituary

Timothy Michael McMahon

May 30, 1973- May 5, 2020

Tim McMahon, of Taylor, Michigan.  Son of the late, Joseph M. McMahon and Dorothy(Dolly) McMahon  has passed away in his home surrounded by his loving life partner and family.

Tim was a true original. His love for music and grabbing a guitar for an impromptu open mic night could happen anywhere at any time. He loved his hometown of Taylor and was always willing to help make it a really fun place to raise your family.  His photography, cars and the great outdoors are known to all that loved him. One of his favorite places is Fayetteville, West Virginia where he would take anyone that wanted to go to Bridge Day weekend and explore the mountain area and walk the trails.

Tim was also a great instructor for personal safety and photography. He loved getting a group of new photography students and showing them where the real wildlife photos around Michigan can happen. He was a wonderful story teller with an incredible sense of humor. We will miss that the most.

Tim is survived by, his Mother  Dolly McMahon, the love of his life and rock, Cynthia Dixson, his Daughter, Hannah Vogel and his Step  Daughters , Brianna, Hannah and Jessie.  His Sister JoAnne (Bob), Sister Sharon, Brothers, Stan (Michelle) Al (Char) and Dana.  He loved all his nieces & nephews and the countless friends he has made over the years.

We ask that in lieu of flowers that you think of Cindy to ease the burden of this great loss. Donations can be made to the family.
