Age 90 of Detroit, Michigan passed away on December 6, 2016 after a courageous six month battle with terminal cancer.
She was born on July 4, 1926 to the late Peter and Josephine (Potok) Pasciak in Detroit.
Beloved wife of the late Edward Bartnik.
Cherished mom of Terri (Jerry) Wale of Waterford, MI and the late Linda Marie Bartnik.
Loving grandma of Amber (Mike) Tjaden of Nampa, ID and Kevin (Kandace Conley) Wiles of South Lyon, MI.
Dearest Busia (great-grandma) of Kyah Brynn and Deklynn Grace of Nampa, ID.
Loving sister of Alfreda (the late Marvin) Krey , Ronald (Shirley) Pasciak, and Evelyn (Kenneth) Brown.
Dearest sister-in-law of Judy (the late Leo) Pasciak.
Many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by siblings Jean Rymarowicz, Wanda Kosilkowski, Ned Pasciak, Patricia Wojtan, Leo Pasciak, and Delphine Pasciak.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, 4-8 pm at the Dearborn Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave. A rosary will take place on Friday at 7pm.
Funeral Mass Saturday, December 10, at St. Hedwig Catholic Church, 3245 Junction St, Detroit, at 11 am (instate at 10:30 am).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Beaumont Hospital Hospice of Royal Oak.
