DAMIAN, Valeria A. Age 76, of Dearborn died suddenly Monday, January 20, 2014 at home. Valeria was a life long resident of Dearborn where she was a manicurist for the past 30 years. She established several business' and maintained a manicuring career until her death. She was preceded in death by her mother Maria Solomie and father George Solomie, her sister Virginia Ronchetto, and her brother Pat Solomie. She is survived by brother Nick Gritu. Beloved mother of her three sons, William (Susan), Peter (Karen), and David and (Cynthia); 7 grandchildren William Jr., Stephanie, Melanie, Derek, Shannon, Trey, and Brady; and 14 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her dear friend Larry Baron. She is also survived by her life long friends Jeri Baron-Feltner, Bob Lyons, Arlene Lyons, and Anne O'Connell. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the Dearborn Chapel of the Howe Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave. Visitation from 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm Friday, January 24, 2014.
