Vassil Guerlimov passed away unexpectedly on April 2, 2023 at the age of 63. Beloved husband of Penka Gerlimova. Devoted father of Kiril Guerlimov and Iana Guerlimova. Dear son of Kiro and Ianka Guerlimov. He is also survived by his loyal German Shepherd, Kian.

Vassil and Penka bravely came to the United States from Bulgaria in 1998 to establish their lives in America. Their children joined them in 2002. Vassil was a hard and dedicated worker, with experience in construction, carpentry, and tool making. His family described him as a devoted and loving husband and father.

A visitation will take place at the Dearborn Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home on Friday, April 7, 1-9pm. The family will welcome an open floor sharing of memories and prayers from friends and family at 2pm and 6pm.

Vassil will be interred in Tulovo, Bulgaria.
