Velma was predeceased by her parents, George and Edith Seaborn, and her siblings, Rena O'Hearn, Doris Roberts, Berton Seaborn, Lillian Wilson and Mona Dunbar.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 2:00PM until 8:00PM with a funeral service at 7:00PM at the Taylor Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 Telegraph Rd.
