Cherished son of the late Roy and Norma Jean Thorning. Former husband of Georginna Smith.  Dearest brother of Jeff Thorning, Michael Thorning, Jenna Thorning and the late Kevin Thorning, Bob Gallimore, Terry Gallimore and Dennis Gallimore. Dear grandfather of Andrew, Kylie, Kloie, Kaiden, Peyton, Cameron, Brooke, Charlotte, Reese, Jojo and AJ.  He was a devoted grandfather, always checking in on his grandchildren, and never missing an event or a game. Victor was an avid Detroit sports fan, including Michigan Football.  He loved listening to music especially Gun N' Roses.
