Wallace B. Shell, known to many as Pa, passed away May 23rd, 2018 peacefully at his home in Taylor, Michigan.

He is survived by his devoted spouse of 53 years, Barbara.
Proud father of Tammy (Wayde) Finley, Geri (Jeff) West, and the late Brenda Shell.
Caring grandfather of Andrew (Jenn) Leonard, Amy Leonard, Jessie Jones, Zach West, Nevaeh Bryce, Justin West, and Kayla West.
Loving great-grandfather of Emma Leonard and Maxx Cassise
Treasured brother of Ann, Walter, Francis, Jean and his many late siblings.
Dear friend to Danny Filban, Vic Farley, and Dale Bosman.
Life-long pal to pup Peanut.

Wallace was a man of strong character. He was as selfless as they come, offering his hospitality to any and everyone. He was easy-going yet humble. He worked hard to take care of his family at General Motors for 33 years as a dye setter. In his off time, Wallace could be found hunting or fishing for various game. He enjoyed trips up north in Michigan to commune with nature. On other days of relaxation, he'd watch his favorite teams, the Detroit Lion's and Tigers. A true patriot through and through. Pa will be greatly missed by so many he's touched throughout the years.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 25th from 1:00-8:00pm. The funeral service will begin at 4:00pm. All services will be located at the Taylor Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 S. Telegraph.
