Walter B. Oliver, age 83 of Lincoln Park, died March 20, 2019. Preceded in death by his parents Alice and Bruce Oliver and brother Robert. Survived by his loving twin brother David and significant other Darlene Chlastawa. Walter served our country in the United States Army along side his twin brother David. He was and artist and loved his cigars. Visitation Saturday March 23rd 12pm-2pm. Funeral service Saturday 2:00pm.
