William Howard Oaks Age 90 February 1, 2009 Beloved father of Joan Rom VanGansbeke, Glenda James Morris and Gary Geraldine Oaks. Dearest grandfather of 13. Also survived by many great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. Also, his loving dog, Tiny. Funeral Service Tuesday, 7:00pm at the Taylor Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 S. Telegraph Road. Visitation Tuesday, 1-9pm. Interment at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens, Rome, Georgia.
