William E. Wonnacott sadly passed away on October 25, 2021 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of Mary Wonnacott for 70 wonderful years. Loving father of Paul Wonnacott, and Nancy (Tim) Gassman. Devoted grandfather of Leah Gassman, Megan Wonnacott, Katy (Calvin) Chambers, and Autumn Wonnacott. Cherished great-grandfather of Maddox Chambers.

William is a veteran from the United States Army Air Force. He was devoted to his job at Detroit Edison for 41 years and is now a proud retiree. During retirement, William volunteered at the American Red cross for over 10 years. He is also a lifelong Red Wings fan. He will be greatly missed.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 12:00PM-2:00PM with a memorial service to begin at 2:00PM located at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home Taylor Chapel 9800 S Telegraph rd. Taylor, MI 48180.
