Yvonne S. Newell, 81, entered eternal life on Tuesday, December 23, 2014. Her spirit is carried on by her 3 surviving children, 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and an extended family of relations and friends from every walk of life. She is survived by her children and grandchildren whose stories and photos she would share with all: daughter Lynn (husband Ted); son Craig (wife Gina); daughter Leigh; granddaughter Deanna (son Brandon); grandson Joey; grandson Jacob (wife Rebecca and daughter Elizabeth), and many friends and family too numerous to list but not forgotten. Yvonne was predeceased by her daughter Lorice, sister Marilyn, and mother Josephine Scholl. Yvonne is now reunited with her beloved husband Edgar Newell. We are blessed to have had her in our lives and will greatly mourn her passing. Arrangements have been made at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, Taylor Chapel; viewing set for Friday, December 26, 2014, 1:00pm-9:00pm with the Funeral Service Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 11:30am, meeting at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy,with a luncheon to follow.
